Miles Ahead Auto Club

Traditional auto club programs charge up-front fees and limit the number of times that a member can use the service each year. Miles Ahead Auto Club is different. There are no up-front fees and ISE Cardholder members can use the service as many times as they like during each of their ISE membership terms. An ISE member pays only when they need roadside assistance, and even then at a guaranteed great price. Here are the details:

• Free access to DAA's emergency help line, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. To ensure that ISE members are greeted properly when they call, call the dedicated toll-free number, usable from anywhere in Canada or the mainland United States.
• Two languages will be available to callers, English and French.
• The roadside services available to ISE members are
  • battery boost
  • locked car service
  • flat tire service
  • winch from a ditch or snow bank
  • emergency gasoline delivery
  • tow in the event of a mechanical breakdown
• In the event of an emergency occurring anywhere in Canada and Continental USA, an ISE member will call the dedicated toll-free telephone number and will reach a DAA service representative. DAA will confirm the caller's contact information, ISE card number/expiration date and roadside problem. DAA will also confirm that the caller has a valid credit card to pay for the service. DAA will contact the nearest qualified towing firm from its network, obtain a price and estimated time for service, will get the ISE member's agreement to the price and time, and will process the credit card payment.
• A tow truck will then be dispatched. If the price of the service is judged to be higher than the initial estimate when the tow truck arrives at the scene then this new price will be confirmed, by phone, between DAA and the ISE member before service is performed.
• Once the service is performed the ISE member simply signs a work order with the tow truck operator; all of the payment work is completed through DAA.
